Refund Policy

Currently we have filed the paperwork and we are pending review to be able to fundraise!

All donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Any items donated, funds received, and anything else goes directly towards funding future projects. All staff and volunteers of The Monarch Collective are unpaid, it is entirely a passion project in an effort to support our community and the needs of individuals who do not have the support they need.

Any monetary donations, in addition to internal funding may be used to cover administrative costs such as running our website, a future storage unit rental to be able to receive and store items for our projects, and any related administrative costs. 

​

All donations will be itemized with a transparent view of how we utilize funds and donated items to create our community based projects. 

​

Absolutely no monetary donations are used in payment of The Monarch Collective board members, staff, or volunteers.
